o-bra is an architecture studio that treats every brief as a puzzle worth solving. We draw, re-draw, and pressure-test until the idea holds — then we take it through permit, detailing, and the site.
Our work sits at the intersection of residential and commercial projects. We collaborate with homeowners, developers, and small businesses who want considered buildings, not templates.
We believe construction should produce beautiful, durable spaces and contribute to a healthier planet. Sustainability is a constraint we work inside of, not a sticker we apply at the end.

Each project is scoped against clear objectives. We stay on the file from first sketch through construction administration.

Residential architecture
New homes, additions, and whole-house renovations for families who want to live in spaces that were drawn specifically for them.

Commercial buildings
Small and mid-scale commercial work — workshops, retail, hospitality, and office fit-outs with a human-sized brief.

Interior architecture
Interiors treated as architecture: plan, material, light, and flow coordinated so the inside does what the envelope promised.

Permit + construction admin
Zoning review, code analysis, CD sets, and site visits. The unglamorous half of the job, handled so the building actually gets built.

A glass-walled beach pavilion designed as a daytime anchor for a family compound — minimum form, maximum light.

Barrio Workshop
A mixed-use workshop + retail space for an artisan maker collective, wrapping a shared yard with angled timber forms.

A small creative office on an infill lot — stacked concrete volumes with a soft-lit interior courtyard for late-day shade.
